Biffa Gump Chum LLC has its home office, manufacturing and distribution facilities located in Naples, Florida.

Our products are "wet chum" products that are the neatest and easiest to use chum.

Florida is well known as the "Fishing Capital of the World" and provides an excellent environment for the testing, development, and proving of these unique chum products.

My name is Frank Brangwin and I am the founder and owner of Biffa Gump Chum LLC. I began fishing over 50 years ago and continue to enjoy fishing on the Gulf and in the backwaters of southwest Florida.

After using frozen chum I saw the need and desirability for a neater, easier, and more affordable way to chum, and therefore, began the production and distribution of Captain's Select Chum.

I am a firm believer in chumming when I go fishing. Chumming brings the fish to you and eliminates a lot of time spent cruising the waters trying to find fish. I think this was best summed up by a Marathon Key native when he said:

"If you're not chumming.

You're wasting your time and money!"

It should be noted that Captain's Select Chum products are different from frozen chum in that our products attract fish by scent not by feeding them as most frozen products do. The fish will be attracted to you and then feed on your bait rather than feed on your chum. Additionally, these products do not create the visual "mess" on top of the water that frozen products do. These products should be judged by what you catch not by what you see.
